WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER IN THE SIGNATURE SERIES?

Order your bracelet for your wrist size. Our bracelets are made using an equation, based on the wrist measurement.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY WRIST?

Use a sewing tape measure around the area just above the knobby wrist bone.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A SEWING TAPE MEASURE?

Put a string around your wrist, just above the knobby wrist bone & then lay that length of string, end to end, on a ruler.

I KNOW MY NORMAL BRACELET SIZE, IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT?

No. Since the bracelet is triple wrapped with a long clasp, we make the bracelet using an equation based on your wrist measurement. ***HOWEVER, (single wrap, linked, etc.) bracelet sizes are generally one inch longer than your wrist measurement; so, you can guesstimate based on that.

ARE THE MESSAGES INTERCHANGEABLE BETWEEN THE SERIES'?

Yes. The words are interchangeable between the Signature Series & WristWraps.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SIGNATURE SERIES OR WRISTWRAP?

Yes. We do custom creations up to three words per bracelet; but, please email us beforehand to make sure it's something we can create.

DO COLORS VARY FROM THE PHOTOS?

Yes. Each leather order is unique and the colors can vary. We try to stay as true to the photos as possible; but, sometimes need to substitute for the closest available color. We will contact you if we need to do this, before we make your bracelet.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All orders can take up to 14 days to process, hand-make, hand-stamp & ship. Shipping times vary based on location.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are happy to ship synchronicity bracelets all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

IF I PAID FOR SHIPPING AND RETURN MY ORDER, DO I GET A REFUND ON THE SHIPPING FEE?

No, the shipping fee is non refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item or the item has a defect.
